The Problem and the Need
Annually, thousands of patients are admitted to hospitals far from home, separating caregivers and family members from their loved ones. Current solutions are often limited or unavailable. Stay Close addresses this urgent need by making proximity possible during times of intensive care.
Our Solution and Approach
Stay Close brings supply and demand together through an innovative digital platform. We offer caregivers a warm home, a bed and a meal near their loved one. The platform facilitates digitally and supports physically to make this connection possible. We focus on a non-commercial model where caregivers and host families make mutual agreements about expenses.
Origin and Initiators
Stay Close was born from personal care experiences and was enthusiastically received by various organizations. [More information about the team/initiators can come here].
